“If you obey all the rules, you miss all the fun.” Katharine HepburnThis unique one if a kind, gorgeous prom dress was created for a client in South Africa.This gorgeous special occasion gown has a layer of white subtle lace, decorated with colorful lace adding a touch of uniqueness and a special touch to the dress design. An illusion plunging neckline and an open back held all together with beaded straps to create a feminine waist line.
